I have been designing for the College Democrats at SCSU ever since I became president two years ago, and to shake it up and keep it fresh, I like to change the theme of the meeting notice that we post on Instagram. This fall's main theme was protest, so I had found an old photo from the May Day protests and used that as my main background, and then every week there was a different overlay of a gradient.
We also had a few special guests! Two state senators, a state rep, and the co-chair of Drag Out the Vote!
