I have found a passion, and it is short-form content. These cocktail videos were my first step into that kind of filming, and I just fell in love. To be able to make these highly stylized videos has been and continues to be a way to work out a part of my creative thinking that I don't get to use as often as I'd like. From party streamers to a Hobbit cloak, I love to come up with different ideas for the backgrounds of these videos.
The Smoked Maple Old Fashioned
This nod to a classic comes with a Vermont twist! The result is a perfectly balanced cocktail of strength, sweetness, and spice. This Smoked Maple Old Fashioned featuring WhistlePig PiggyBack Rye pairs well with sitting by a fire or just sitting at your favorite bar!"
The Beach Cruiser
The great Don the Beachcomber once said, "If you can't get to paradise, I'll bring it to you," and while we can't make any promises, this cocktail will definitely help get you closer to that goal. This is the Beach Cruiser! A fun summertime drink made with tequila and mezcal, it'll be the talk of the cabana.
The Mary Pickford
Everybody make way for one of Hollywood’s brightest stars of the 1920s: Mary Pickford! Back then, you knew you hit the big time when they started naming cocktails after you. This particular drink was named after silent film actress Mary Pickford, who was visiting Havana at the time with her husband.
The Gold Rush
The Gold Rush was first created at famed New York City bar Milk & Honey in the early 2000s and became a staple of bars worldwide at such a pace that the cocktail is often commonly assumed to have been a pre-Prohibition classic rather than a modern drink.
The Mint Julep
It's not just enjoyed during the derby; in fact, the earliest mentions of this cocktail come from a satirical play by Robert Munford, where a drunkard character called "Mr. Julep" appears. Ah, Mr. Julep, the hero we never knew we needed! This classic take on a mint julep is made using Holladay bourbon.
The Piña Colada
Do you like getting caught in the rain? How do you feel about yoga? Even if you have half a brain, you'll agree that everyone loves a Piña Colada, and our version uses Tanteo Habanero tequila to add a fiery kick to this classic.
Connecticut Ice Water
Lighter and less sweet than a Long Island Iced Tea, Connecticut Ice Water omits the rum and tequila to simplify it to just vodka and gin and adds elderflower liquor to brighten up the drink. This cocktail is crisp, citrusy, and slightly effervescent, with a clean finish.
The Pegu Club
"What was Ms. Lesley Gracie doing at a faraway desert oasis, and why on earth was she playing camel polo?" These questions have no real answer, but you can ponder these queries while sipping a Pegu Club! Featuring the new Oasium Hendricks Gin.
The Floradora
The Floradora, named after an Edwardian musical comedy that made its transfer to Broadway in 1900. The show was extremely popular, not least thanks to its chorus line of ‘Florodora Girls.’ This version of a gin buck features Hendrick's Flora Adora Gin and Barritt's Bermuda Ginger Beer
The Crisp Martini
Adapted from Hillstone in NYC this cocktail is having a viral moment and is quickly becoming the cocktail of the summer! Our version uses the California Sauvignon Blanc from Joel Gott its light, its crisp and its delicious. Try it at home and let us know what you think
